Fernbridge hit-and-run suspect wanted after causing major injuries to female pedestrian

FERNDALE, Ca. (KIEM) – A hit-and-run suspect is wanted by police, after inflicting major injuries to a women walking on Fernbridge on Tuesday. Emergency crews responded to the crash on Fernbridge just after 5:30PM.

According to police, the suspect’s vehicle is a silver sedan or SUV, and it is missing a side mirror, which was found at the scene of the crash. The suspect’s vehicle was last seen traveling west towards Ferndale.

The victim’s condition is unknown at this time. Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call law enforcement.
