Mercer Fraser decides not to move forward with cannabis manufacturing facility in Willow Creek

Today Humboldt County Supervisors considered a zoning change that would have allowed for construction company Mercer Fraser to move forward with a new cannabis extraction facility. Today, supervisors heard from those for and against the project.
