Structural damage covers bridge on Zanes Road

ELK RIVER, Ca. (KIEM)- We have a road advisory to tell you about in Elk River.

The Humboldt County Department of Public Works is making repairs to the covered bridge on Zanes Road due to structural damage.

When the road is re-opened, vehicles weighting over 3 tons will not be allowed. For now, commercial vehicle traffic is not allowed until further notice.
