NORTH COAST, Ca. (KIEM)- Caltrans was out in force as a series of storms hit the North Coast. They worked around the clock making sure the roadways were kept clear. Our Leon Purvis went to Caltrans District One headquarters earlier today and joins us in-studio now with more.
