Hoopa Valley Grocery Store almost ready for grand-opening

Hoopa Valley, Ca., (KIEM) The construction of the Hoopa Valley Reservation’s only grocery store is finally complete. The exterior of the store, that is.

The tribe said all major construction is finalized but there is still a few things within the building that need to be done in order for the grocery outlet to open. Shelving installations, modifications to the refrigeration, and finalizing other crucial store interior components.

As for the hiring process, the majority of the managerial positions have been filled but the tribe will begin the interview process for the remaining key positions, such as maintenance and security.
