Marsha Allen is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone with information that will lead to an arrest. 18-year old Hunter Jacob Miles Allen was killed in a hit-and-run on August first of last year. The 18-year old was walking southbound on Highway 101 from Eureka to Humboldt Hill. When this red Chevy Trailblazer struck Allen around 3 in the morning. The vehicle was abandoned at the scene of the crime. Complicating matters even more the S-U-V hasn’t been registered to any owner. Today would have been Hunter-Allen’s 19th birthday. But Marsha is just hoping the award money will lead to an arrest.
