TRINIDAD, Ca., (KIEM) – The Trinidad Rancheria unveils its new design for the proposed hotel project at tonight’s Trinidad City Council meeting.
The changes are mainly in size going from a six to a four story hotel. It will still be 100 rooms, but overall length of it went from 295 feet to 275. The height of the building is now 63 instead of 80 feet.
Even with the hotel smaller in size, the main concern from the public is if Trinidad’s water system can handle that many rooms.
Hotel Project Manager David Tyson tells Redwood News, if everything goes right, construction on the hotel could begin in July.
