Six Rivers National Forest fire management employees with the help of Redwood National Parks tested their emergency driving skills in pickup trucks, crew buggies and various sizes of fire engines. They are applying what they learned in the classroom.

These engine operators are licensed to drive a government vehicle, what’s unique about this training is that it challenges to driver to get to the destination as fast and as safely as possible.
