Two arrested after over a pound of meth is found at Eureka home

EUREKA- The Humboldt County Drug Task Force seized over a pound of methamphetamine at a Eureka residence.

On Saturday morning, drug task force members served a search warrant at a home on the 3100 block of Summer Street.

61 year-old Robert Samuel French was detained who the task force said is a known narcotics dealer. agents located just over a pound of meth at the home.

53 year-old Anita Gail Burns, who was inside the residence was found in possession of two ounces of meth.

Both burns and French were arrested and transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility and booked on drug charges.
