2019 Percolation Pond Bids Open

FORTUNA, Ca. (KIEM) – The City of Fortuna is now accepting bids for its annual Percolation Ponds Rehabilitation Project.

It happens at the Waste Water Treatment Facility. The project happens every year. These ponds are used in the summer for water management. Each year, the ponds need to be treated. This year is especially important. Due to last month’s heavy rains the ponds were completely filled with silt and dirt.

The last day for contractors to submit bids is April 8^th.
