Eureka police, Zane basketball take to court for 5th Annual Hoops and Heroes

EUREKA (KIEM)- It was all fun and games at Zane Middle School Wednesday evening. The boys basketball team went head to head against members of the Eureka Police Department for the 5th Annual Hoops and Heroes.

EUREKA (KIEM)- It was all fun and games at Zane Middle School Wednesday evening. The boys basketball team went head to head against members of the Eureka Police Department for the 5th Annual Hoops and Heroes.

This event was put on by the parent teacher association and all proceeds will go to Zane Middle School.

Eureka police won the game 64-60.  According to a representative with the parent teacher association, they anticipate that next year, the girls basketball team will be able to play against the women of the EPD.
