Blue Lake City Council moves forward with Traffic Safety ordinance

BLUE LAKE, Ca., (KIEM) – It is all about safety and the Blue Lake City Council is moving forward with a project that will include new stop signs.

Blue lake wants to add two stop signs at the intersection of 5th and I Street. According to the city, the ordinance is ready for its second reading and adoption.

Also on the agenda, the council will discuss adopting permits for Micro Enterprise Home Kitchen operations within the city. It is a new type of retail food facility that allows an individual to operate out of their home.

The council meets tomorrow night at 6:30 in the Skinner Store Building.
