EUREKA, CA. (KIEM) – Eureka city officials are aiming to tackle the city’s growing housing needs and they are looking for input from the public.

City staff and council members are inviting the public to attend their upcoming housing workshop. All housing types will be up for discussion.  Including market rates, affordable housing, rentals, tiny houses and more. There will be open talks about the current state of housing in Eureka and the community will have a big opportunity to decide on plans going forward.

The housing workshop will take place April 10th from 6 to 8 pm at the Wharfinger Building in Eureka.
