Senator McGuire set to host Town Hall on homelessness

CRESCENT CITY, CA. (KIEM) – In an effort to combat homelessness in Del Norte County, Senator Mike Mcguire along with Crescent City and Del Norte County representatives will host a Town Hall meeting on April 18th.

According to the senator’s office, nearly one million dollars in state funding is on the way, this upcoming Town Hall meeting will update the community on the progress thus far, and allow residents to discuss with state, county, and city representatives the possible ways to use the funds.

The Town Hall meeting will take place Thursday, April 18th at 6-pm at the Joe Hamilton Elementary School in Crescent City.
