Law Officials invite Humboldt Residents to Public Safety Sunday

McKinleyville, Ca., (KIEM) The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office and the McKinleyville Chamber of Commerce are set to host, Public Safety Sunday.

An event for the community to get to know local public safety agencies and to learn more about how one can also play a big role in making the community safe.

The family-friendly day will include special events such as the California Highway Patrol and Coast Guard helicopter landings, a tour of the inside of a mobile command van and much more.

Public Safety Sunday is April 28^th at Pierson Park in McKinleyville from 1 to 4 PM.
