Local politician calls it quits on campaign

Humboldt County, Ca., (KIEM) St. Joseph Hospital Lab Technician Allen McCloskey, who has been campaigning for first district seat on The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors is calling it quits.

Sunday afternoon, McCloskey took to his campaign Facebook page stating that he will walk away for the campaign.

This after, the lab technician was in the news for alleged wrongdoings in his past.

Back in March, McCloskey begin his campaign in hopes of replacing Rex Bohn as the first district representative on board of supervisors.
