Search warrant served at Eureka residence

EUREKA (KIEM)- The Eureka Police Department’s POP unit served a search warrant at around 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at a residence on the 100 block of Henderson Street.

At least 6 six individuals were detained for questioning, but as of Tuesday night, it’s unknown if any arrests were made. The house is located across the street from Pacific View Charter School.

An official with the EPD said the department responded to the home after on-going reports of illegal activity. A K-9 unit was also brought in to search the property.
