Josiah Lawson supporters to meet on Arcata Plaza for 2 year vigil

Arcata, Ca., (KIEM) It’s been almost 2 years and there is still no justice for David Josiah Lawson. The Humboldt State Student stabbed at an Arcata house party back in April of 2017.

Monday, community members and Lawson supporters will meet at the Arcata Plaza for the 2nd Anniversary of Lawson’s death.

Josiah’s family will like to spend that time in honoring the positive and loving man Josiah was, his family said.

Attendees are asked to bring red and white candles, red and white flowers, and asked to wear their Josiah shirt or button in support.

The 2nd year vigil will be at the Arcata Plaza beginning at 6:30 Monday evening.
