Woman arrested after deputies find drugs and a taser in her vehicle

EUREKA, CA. (KIEM) – One woman is in police custody after authorities find suspected narcotics and a taser in her vehicle. on Saturday at about 10:49, Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 3500 Block of Trinity Street in Eureka. For a report of a suspicious vehicle that had been parked there all night.

Inside the vehicle 27-year-old Shawnee Foster, and a male subject. Deputies learned that both subjects were on probation. During a search of the vehicle deputies located pepper spray, a taser, suspected heroin, and drug paraphernalia.

The male subject was released on scene, while Foster was booked into the Humboldt County Jail for felon in possession of tear gas, a stun gun, and possession of a narcotic controlled substance and violation of probation.
