Humboldt Bay Fire warns of phone scam

EUREKA (KIEM)- Humboldt Bay Fire wants the public to be aware of a phone scam.

Officials with the fire service say some community members have received phone calls asking them to donate to a local or national firefighters organization. However, the fire department wants to assure everyone that they are not affiliated with these calls.
