TRINIDAD, CA (KIEM) – A local kayak business owner has filed a lawsuit against the Trinidad Rancheria. This, over concerns of public access to the beach on Trinidad’s Harbor.

The Rancheria is in the process of getting the rights to govern the Trinidad Harbor for Economic Development. We bring you more from Trinidad.

As of Tuesday, the Trinidad Rancheria has not filed a legal response as of yet. Also, Jason Self does not have a court date for the lawsuit. We’ll continue to follow this story.
