Betty Chinn’s New Blue Angels Truck Rolls in and is Ready to Get to Work

EUREKA (KIEM) – Betty Chinn’s new Blue Angels truck is here, and she says, she’s ready to get back out there and start serving hot meals.

The new truck will help serve over 150 meals to the homeless.

Back in November, her last truck was involved in a car accident. At the time, it was deemed a total loss. But through donations, Chinn was able to purchase a new truck! The cost of the new truck is about $58,000.

Chinn says, she’s grateful to have the support of the community.

On Sunday, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house to celebrate the new truck.
