Humboldt County Board of Supervisors Approves Advisory Committee for Project Trellis

EUREKA (KIEM) – The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors approved an advisory committee that would help cannabis owners on the North Coast.

The advisory committee will be part of Project Trellis. The committee will be made up seven members and each member will be selected by the Board of Supervisors.

Back in March, Project trellis was approved. The project is made up of three parts, a micro-grant component, an equity program and a marketing campaign.

The County hopes to start issuing grants and loans by the end of this year.
