Man Threatens Humboldt Bay Fire Crew

EUREKA, CA (KIEM) – A man was arrested after he reportedly threatened a Humboldt Bay Fire crew with a weapon.

The fire fighters were trying to put out a small fire in the median on Southbound Highway 101. It happened at around 6 p.m. Wednesday next to the Eureka Target.

Eureka Police took the man into custody but are not releasing any information at this time.
