Local Radio Station KHSU becomes Target for Ransomware Attack

ARCATA (KIEM) – North Coast radio station KHSU is the target of a ransomware attack. Early last week, the radio station began experiencing problems.

HSU says, the incident disabled most of the station’s programming systems and storage servers.

KHSU is federally licensed. The incident has already been reported to federal law enforcement and the FCC.
