Back on June 28th, Ryder Stapp was celebrating his 25th birthday when his Ford F-250 struck a house on Humboldt Hill Road, killing the 64-year-old man and injuring his wife.
The couple were longtime owners of Humboldt Lock and Safe in Eureka and has closed indefinitely.
