Humboldt County Transition-Age Youth Collaboration Kicks of 7th Annual Wellness Week

EUREKA (KIEM) – The Humboldt County Transition-Age Youth Collaboration or TAY is kicking off their 7th Wellness Week!

Young adults from 16 to 26-years-old are invited to come and learn about the important of mental health. Wellness week kicked off on Monday with a session called TAY-vivor.

But other events planned throughout the week such as a beach cleanup, workout session, and various workshops that teach young adults how to job hunt or gives tips to creating an affordable meal.     

But Wellness Week also shows young adults there are resources and a support system that is available and open.               

All events are free and a full schedule is available at 433 M Street in Eureka.
