Fire destroys mobile home, vehicles in Hoopa

HOOPA, CA (KIEM)-An afternoon fire destroys a vacant mobile home and three abandoned vehicles in Hoopa.

It happened just after 12:30 pm Sunday off of Lower Creek Road. The Hoopa Volunteer Fire department, US Forest Service and Cal Fire all responded to the scene.

The blaze burned two acres and multiple structures were threatened during the fire.

The cause is under investigation.
