Single-vehicle crash leaves one dead

Humboldt County, Ca., (KIEM) A single-vehicle crash west of Bridgeville leaves one person dead on Highway 36.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicle came to a stop after traveling down an embankment west of Bridgeville just before noon Sunday.

Calfire, CHP, the Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department, The Sheriff’s Office, and The Humboldt County coroner responded to the scene shortly after.

No one else was reported in the vehicle.
