North County Fair celebrates diversity on the Plaza

ARCATA, Ca (KIEM) – Kinetic Sculptures hit the Plaza Streets; people dance to live music and eat local food at the North Country Fair in Arcata.

Over 10,000 people are expected to come out to the fair this year. A parade with costumes, a marching band, and kinetic sculptures went around the Plaza.

People from the area and out of town came together to celebrate the diversity of the community. There was even a couple from Wisconsin enjoying the Spirit of the North Coast. This family-friendly event has something for everyone to enjoy.
