EPD Looking For Two Carjackers, Believed To Be Armed And Dangerous

EUREKA (KIEM)- The Eureka Police Department is looking for two suspected carjackers who are believed to be armed and dangerous.

EPD responded to a motel on the 28-hundred block of Broadway for reports of carjacking.

EPD says the victim was sitting in his vehicle when he was approached by two subjects, one brandished a firearm at him.

In fear, the victim exited his vehicle. The suspects fled in the vehicle.

The victim’s car is described as a grey 2016 Toyota Tundra with California license plates. The vehicle was last seen traveling southbound on Broadway.

The first suspect is described as a white male adult, early to mid-30’s, about 6-foot, wearing a black sweatshirt, a colorful black beanie, and grey sweatpants.

The second suspect is described as a white male adult, early to mid-20s, about 5-10, wearing a black baseball cap with a teal brim, a blue hoodie and tan pants.

You are advised not to attempt contact or detain these subjects. They are believed to be armed and dangerous.
