Eureka, Ca. (KIEM) — Have you ever wondered about all the work that Humboldt Bay Fire does for the community? Well, you can find out at their annual open house. Saturday, HBF is opening up their doors to the public to come in and learn more about what they do.
There will be demonstrations throughout the day. Attendees will get the chance to learn about fire safety and how they can be prepared for an emergency and also just have a chance to chat with the first responders that work in the community each day.
According to HBF, Saturday’s event is all about building better relationships with the community they serve. The open house is Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm at station 1 on C Street.
