Yurok Tribe Purchases Mad River Brewing Company

Klamath, Ca. (KIEM) — The Yurok Agricultural Corporation announces they are purchasing the Mad River Brewing Company, taproom, and family-friendly restaurant.

The Yurok tribe announced an agreement had been signed earlier this afternoon on their Facebook page.

With the purchase, the tribe hopes to diversify the tribal economic portfolio to better benefit the region. The tribe carefully considered Mad River Brewing Company’s environmentally friendly practices and believe they perfectly align with the Yurok Agricultural Corporation’s vision.

The Yurok Agricultural Corporation is a wholly owned corporation of the Yurok tribe.
