Meals are being Provided for the Hungry During Power Shutoff

ARCATA, Ca. (KIEM) – Those without Power or Food in Arcata are being helped by one community organization.

The Arcata House Partnership is working with the city of Arcata to provide free meals for those in need during the power shutoff.

The organization is serving approximately 800 people a day at their location by the bus station on 9th Street and at the Arcata Community Center by Health Sport.

Arcata House Partnership is also delivering meals to those who are housebound with their lunch truck and with the help of Arcata Police Department.
