Eureka Man and Three Others Arrested for Burglary in Trinity County

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM) – A Eureka man is in custody with three others for burglary in Trinity County.

Trinity County Sheriff’s and California Highway Patrol Officers responded to a 911 for a home invasion. When on scene, the residents told officials there was no robbery but saw suspicious people casing homes.

Law enforcement searched the area and found four suspects on foot in various locations including 31-year-old Duncan Devine of Eureka. Officials discovered the four individuals burglarized a building and stole marijuana from an outdoor garden.

All suspects are being charged with burglary, grand theft, conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of controlled substances and narcotics paraphernalia.
