CALFire to Conduct a Prescribed Burn in Bridgeville Area

BRIDGEVILLE, Ca. (KIEM) – CALFire crews will conduct a prescribed burn in the Bridgeville area on Friday, Nov. 7.

The Humboldt-Del Norte Unit plans to burn 80 acres of grass and brush if weather conditions will allow it.

The scheduled burn will take place four miles north of Bridgeville on Kneeland Rd. on the Hunt Ranch.

Residents may see an increase in fire suppression in resource traffic. Smoke from the fire will be visible and traffic control may be in place.
