Man in Custody for Burglary and Vandalism

GARBERVILLE, Ca. (KIEM) – A man is in custody for burglary and vandalism.

Humboldt County Sheriff’s responded to reports of a burglary in progress on Monday, Nov. 2 at a business on the 700 block of Redwood Dr. in Garberville.

Deputies on scene found the glass door broken and located 36-year-old Danilo Cvetkovic.

Deputies found Cvetkovic in possession of a large amount of cash taken from the register, and merchandise from the store.

Later, deputies learned Cvetkovic vandalized the construction equipment behind the business.
