Man Cited for Illegal BHO Lab

PHILLIPSVILLE, Ca. (KIEM) – Humboldt County Sheriff’s cite a man for manufacturing a controlled substance.

The Sheriff’s Marijuanna Enforcement Team (MET) investigated the illegal manufacturing of Butane Honey Oil (BHO) on Wednesday, Dec. 11 in the Phillipsville area.

Officers located two parcels on the on the 300 block of Phillipsville Rd. that did not posses the required county permit and state licenses to process cannabis commercially.

Deputies found evidence of a BHO lad and seized approximately one pound of BHO, over 100 pounds of processed cannabis, and over $43,000 in cash.

Ronald Walther Millard, 69 was cited and released on scene.

The case is still under investigation, and is being forwarded to the District Attorney’s office for review.
