Transportation Safety Committee Meeting to address Public Concern

ARCATA, Ca. (KIEM) – Motorist driving too fast in one section of Arcata will be one of the topics at Tuesday’s transportation safety committee.

The committee will hear concerns from residents who say excessive speed is a problem on South G Street. 

Members will also hear a presentation on the public-right-of-way and the American’s with Disabilities Act that requires agencies to develop facilities accessible for people with disabilities. 

Tuesday’s meeting begins at 4:30 in the City Hall Council Chamber.
