New Pharmacy Technician Program

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM) – College of the Redwoods kicks off a new program for this upcoming semester.

Starting in Spring 2020, CR is offering an expanded pharmacy technician program.

The new program consists of 140 classroom hours and includes 120 hours of externship.

Participating students will hone their skills in a workplace setting at a local pharmacy.

The program will prepare and qualify students for Pharmacy Technician Certification Board exams.

A free information session will take place in January for anyone interested in learning more on the program.
