Humboldt Bay Firefighters Received a Special Gift

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM)- They worked tirelessly to help fight the flames of the Kincade fire last fall in Sonoma County and students from the Bay Art Academy created original artwork to honor the firefighters that saved their community.

Humboldt Bay Fire was one of the first departments to deploy resources to the fire and was selected to receive a print of the original piece. Humboldt Bay Fire will be proudly displaying the artwork in their lobby at station 1 in Eureka.
