St. Joseph Health Donates $300,000 to Local Non-Profits

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM)-St. Joseph Health, Humboldt County announced that they will be awarding thirty local non-profit organizations $300,000. The donation comes from St. Joseph’s care for the poor community grant program. S.J.H.H.C operates in St. Joseph hospital in Eureka, and Redwood Memorial Health in Fortuna.

The community benefit to programs and services was $11.9 million in 2019. Food for People, CASA of Humboldt, and the Area-1 Agency on aging are just a few of the 30 non-profit groups which will benefit from this grant.
