Hookton Road re-opened after Flooding

LOLETA, Ca. (KIEM)-   The rain made for slick spots out on the roads impacting many North Coast drivers, especially at the Hookton Road exit on southbound Highway 101.

Early on Thursday, Caltrans blocked off the exit due to flooding. As the day went on, the water started to recede from the bridge. This wasn’t the only traffic trouble spot, as many roadways here on the North Coast experienced downed trees and power lines.
