Humboldt State University Closed Due To Power Outage

ARCATA, Ca. (KIEM)- Humboldt State University was closed today due to the power outage.All HSU activities on-and-off campus were cancelled, with the exception of the orientation for new students.

Employees were told to not report into work today and students were sent an email with safety tips and guidelines. The campus power has returned and the school will open as planned next Tuesday, for the start of the new semester.
