Two Arrested for Stolen Vehicle and Possession of Methamphetamine

WILLOW CREEK, Ca. (KIEM) – Two suspects are behind bars for stealing a vehicle from Oregon.

Humboldt county sheriff’s office deputies arrested 26-year-old Preston Allen and 30-year-old Maria Calderon-Diaz at Creek Side Park.

A vehicle that was reported stolen was seen in the Willow Creek Library parking lot.

While searching the vehicle, deputies found shaved keys and mail addresses to Calderon-Diaz.

On Calderon-Diaz and Allen, deputies located over 17 grams of methamphetamine, metal knuckles, and ammunition.

Calderon-Diaz and Allen were arrested and taken to the Humboldt County Jail.
