Sequoia Park Is Building a New Trail

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM) – The City of Eureka has partnered with the California Conservation Corps to receive grant funding from prop 68 to build a new trail at Sequoia Park.

Removal invasive plants, transplant native plant species, and remove fallen branches and logs.

Construction is underway and expected to be completed by the end of March.

Service vehicles will be driving through the park. Please use caution while walking through the construction area.
