Runs Lace up for the 42nd Annual Foggy Bottom Milk Run

FERNDALE, Ca. (KIEM) – The 42nd annual Foggy Bottom Milk Run is back in town in the city of Ferndale.

Adults and kids of all ages participated in three different races on Sunday.

It all started and finished in downtown Ferndale. The event took place from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

There was a two-mile race for young kids and adults.

The event was a fun family run orchestrated by the Six Rivers Running Club.

Different courses were set up for participants to run through farmlands to the Main St. finish.

The race kicked off at noon to start the 4 and 10-mile courses, and 2 p.m. for those racing in the 2-mile run. Ferndale has been the home of the Foggy Bottom Milk Run since it first started way back in 1978.
