Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program at Humboldt State University

ARCATA, CA. (KIEM) – Humboldt State University got the green light to launch a nursing program this fall.

The university’s regional accrediting organization gave the ok to start a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and the school is now enrolling students for the Fall 2020 semester.

The program blends online and in-person course-work and will allow registered nurses with an associate’s degree to pursue a bachelor’s degree without leaving the area.

The North Coast has severe nursing shortages and this program will help to solve that community need.
