Eureka Cancels City Events Due to Covid-19

EUREKA, CA. (KIEM) The City of Eureka will be cancelling all non-essential city events, community gatherings, and engagements with more than 250 people.

In many cases, this is will include smaller gatherings as well.

The city will cancel non-regulatory board and commission meetings until further notice.

And all non-essential city travel and training has been cancelled.

All recreation programs including hoopsters basketball, adult sports, and roller skating are also cancelled.

The City of Eureka will continue to operate after school programs and little sapling’s day care unless school closures are implemented.
