5.2 quake strikes the North Coast

PETROLIA, Ca (KIEM)-A 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck Wednesday at 3:08 pm off the coast of Petrolia.

The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office said there are no reports of any damage or injuries.

Residents reported having items fallen off of their shelves.

The quake was felt as far away as Crescent City and Redding.
